Ginger
Ginger, Zingiber officinale, is an erect, herbaceous perennial plant in the family Zingiberaceae grown for its edible rhizome (underground stem) which is widely used as a spice. The rhizome is brown, with a corky outer layer and pale-yellow scented center. The above ground shoot is erect and reed-like with linear leaves that are arranged alternately on the stem. The shoots originate from a multiple bases and wrap around one another. The leaves can reach 7 cm (2.75 in) in length and 1.9 cm (0.7 in) broad. Flowering heads are borne on shorter stems and the plant produces cone shaped, pale yellow flowers . The ginger plant can reach 0.6–1.2 m in height (2–4 ft) and is grown as an annual plant.As a tropical plant, ginger grows best in warm and sunny climates in a deep but well draining soil loam that is high in organic matter.

Pomegranate
Pomegranate fruit is one of the most popular, nutritionally rich fruit with unique flavor, taste, and heath promoting characteristics.Pomegranate tree grows to about five and eight meters tall.
Completely established tree bears numerous spherical, bright red, purple, or orange-yellow colored fruits depending on the cultivar types. On an average, each fruit measures about 6-10 cm in diameter and weighs about 200 gm. Its tough outer skin (rind) features leathery texture.
Interior structure of the fruit is separated by white, thin, spongy, membranous, bitter tissue into discrete compartments. Such sections, packed as sacs, filled with tiny edible sweet, juicy, pink pulp encasing around a single, angular, soft or hard (in case of over mature fruits) seed.A pomegranate fruit judged ripe when it develops distinctive color and impart metallic sound when tapped by the finger. It must be picked up at right time before turning over-mature which otherwise makes its seeds get harder, inedible, and the whole fruit tend to crack open and damaged.

Grapes
GRAPES are a fruit obtained from the vine, a plant originally from Asia Minor which grows in warm and tropical climates. Our GRAPES are grown mainly in the regions of Ica, Lima, La Libertad, Piura and Arequipa.
Red Globe GRAPES are characterised by their large bunches and high calibre berries. They have seeds and a sweet and very enjoyable flavour. Once ripe, they present a slightly dark and bright red colouring. The variety’s skin is firm, with a consistent texture. Red Globe is a very popular grape in the fresh market and is widely used in culinary decoration for its great visual appeal due to its colour and size.
Red Globe GRAPES have a very good shelf life, both while still in the plant and in cooling chambers. They are suitable for transportation and present no phytosanitary issues, but are sensitive to fruit overload.

Mandarines
Mandarins are the fruit of different species of citrus trees. Their pulp is divided in a large number of segments filled with juice, which is rich in vitamin C, flavonoids and essential oils. It closely resembles oranges, but in a smaller size, with a more aromatic flavour and a skin that is easier to peel. It also has a slightly lower acidity and a higher proportion of simple sugars. These features have resulted in it being considered a natural sweet of easy consumption for people of all ages.

Minneola: It is a mandarin/grapefruit hybrid. Its size is similar to that of an orange; it tastes like a mandarin, but juicier. This variety has loose skin and is easier to peel than oranges; it is easily distinguished from oranges because of its stem-end neck, which makes it appear bell-shaped.

Malvaceo (Ellendale): It is believed to be a natural tangor (mandarin and sweet orange hybrid). It has a large size, bright orange colour, its skin comes off easily and the pulp is tender, juicy and tasty. It contains seeds.

Cavendish Banana

Mango Kent
Kents are ideal mangos for juicing and drying.

Tommy Atkins is themost widely grown commercial variety coming into the United States.

Ripening Cues: This mango may not provide any visual cues.

Avocato
Avocados are one of the world’s most popular tropical fruits due to its high nutritional value, pleasant taste, versatility and ease of preparation.
